How long after I order will my items be shipped?
Orders will ship within 1-4 business day of being placed.  Sale/Launch week orders may take up to 7-10 business days.

Am I able to pick up locally and what are the hours?
Local pick up is an option upon checkout.  
Pickup is available from our warehouse at:

our hours are 9:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday.  
Should you require pickup outside of those hours please contact us in advance of your order to confirm.

How can I get free shipping?
We ship swimwear free via Untracked Lettermail within Canada.  Please note: If you have selected Lettermail as your mailing option a tracking number will not be included. We do not assume responsibility of the package should it become delayed or lost in transit. 
Tracked Shipping is free over $150 CAD/$150 USD and will ship via Fed Ex or Canada Post.

What is your return policy?
We understand returns/exchanges happen and want to ensure everyone has their perfect fit!
Please ensure all items are in brand new condition with tags + sanitary liners in place.  You can view our Returns/Exchanges page here and access our Returns Portal to submit your request.
Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged. 
Exchanges/Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. 
Please note Sale prices cannot be applied to previous orders nor can then be used as a raincheck on future items.

Can I put the swimwear into the washer + dryer?
We suggest handwashing the suits and hanging to dry, however they can wash in your washing machine on the gentle cycle.  We suggest only washing swimwear with like fabrics to ensure no abrasion on the fabrics.

How do your suits fit?
Our beautiful fabric moves + stretches beautifully to fit.  Each style will have its own size guide and measurement guide for your reference.
