Return + Exchange Policy

 

Thank you for your order!

 

We want to make sure that you and your child love what you ordered.  If something isn’t the right fit we will happily accept returns or exchanges on your unworn + unused full price merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the tags are still attached and sanitary stickers are in place. 


All End of Season Sale, Black Friday Sale , Boxing Day Sale + Clearance tems are a final sale.  We do not allow returns/exchanges. Items purchased in-season from our Mothers Day or Fathers Day Sale are eligible for exchange. 


Please note returns will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

How to return (Canadian Orders):

Visit our RETURNS page to submit your information for a return/exchange request.  You can also contact us directly at returns@currenttyedclothing.com

(2) 

Upon approval, please arrange to have the item(s) returned to within 30 days of receipt.  Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us. 

(Local drop off is welcomed if you are in the area)

Inside your return please include the following information

 

Return Approval Number, Name, Order Number, 

Return Address and Desired Outcome (ie. Return/Exchange for size) 

This will ensure quick processing upon return.  Returns without reference information will not be processed.

 Please note you are responsible for all shipping fees, customs, border, tax and duty fees.

Returns that do not arrive in their original condition may be refused or subject to a $10 restocking fee. 

 

In the case of a return, your refund will be posted to the original method of payment within 5-7 Business Days.  Exchanges will be shipped out within the same timeframe unless otherwise communicated.
