All full priced items are eligiable for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Sale or Clearance items are final sale so please ensure to use our size charts prior to purchase.
Orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days, and shipments will vary based on your selected method. Please allow for up to 7-10 business days during launches/sales.
All tracked shipments will have $100 insurance provided, Lettermail will require you purchase Route insurance.

Love these hats! They area amazing quality, hold their shape and are perfect for kids and adults. I love love love that my adult bright came with a strap!
